Responsibilities:
To assist in formulating training strategies and identifying training needs of the operational and safety training programmes for employees of the Transmission & Distribution Division
To design plan and deliver operational, authorisation and safety trainings
To monitor the training progress and provide the source of advice and guidance to engineering trainees and apprentices
To evaluate the training programmes and prepare training analysis and budgets
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management disciplines
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in designing, planning and organising training programmes with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Experience in handling HKIE's Scheme A Training Programme and Vocational Training Council’s Apprenticeship Programmes for trainees an advantage
Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Chinese typing
Working Location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation will be provided
Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Engineer I.
