• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
• Certificate in BIM / Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Architectural Drafting or equivalent preferred.
• Holder of CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) Certificate would be an advantage.
• Familiar with BD / HKHA / ArchSD drawing standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT and MS Office; knowledge in 3D MAX, Photosop, Sketch-Up and Illustrator.
