Job Description :

• Oversee day-to-day operations and business performance across multiple clinic locations to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and support the commencement of both existing and new services, new centre set-ups, and ongoing operations, ensuring full compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
• Manage the full spectrum of clinic operations, including manpower planning, customer case management, financial forecasting, and budgeting.
• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold superior hospitality, clinical safety, and service standards.
• Conduct regular center visits to audit and ensure strict implementation of Company policies, procedures, and PHFO requirements.
• Coach frontline teams on customer service (CS) and consultative selling skills; provide regular training to ensure premium service standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and execute targeted improvement plans.
• Perform ad-hoc strategic projects and tasks as required by the management.

Requirements :

• Degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in multi-clinic operations and healthcare administration.
• Deep familiarity with the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (PHFO, Cap. 633) and relevant regulatory requirements in Hong Kong.
• Proven track record in clinic or Day Procedure Centre (DPC) set-up and license application is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in using Clinic Management Systems, with hands-on experience in Apriot and Clinic Solutions preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
