Serve as IIIP Coordinator and oversee the daily operation of the IIIP programme in YCIS Hong Kong. Tasks include but are not limited to enrolment, scheduling, instructor management, finances and payroll, student and parent communications and exam registrations
Organise IIIP recitals. Tasks include event planning, recital programme, audition arrangement, promotion, communications, venue and logistics
Manage the IIIP CRM system to ensure all student data is accurate
Manage co-curricular activities and performances including but not limited to concerts, musicals and art exhibitions, from event planning, logistics, to daily operation of programme and artist management
Serves as production manager for school theatre productions, and liaise with external vendors and artists for the projects
Prepare, copywrite and coordinate the distribution of external communications of all artist -related events and programmes, including parent letters
Maintain an effective office workflow and ensure sufficient office supply
Provide administrative support to the team such as handling payments and claims
Provide on-site event support
Execute any other responsibilities and duties assigned
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree holder
Have at least 2 years of working experience
Be flexible and organized
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with school administration and/or children
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
Have music knowledge will be an advantage
