Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Crypto Trader to join the team and support trading operations during European market hours. This is an exceptional opportunity for curious, analytical individuals who are eager to build a career in crypto trading from the ground up. Working closely with senior traders and the Global Head of Trading, you will receive hands-on mentorship and gain direct exposure to spot, derivatives, and DeFi markets. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome, though candidates with 1–2 years of related exposure will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support crypto trading operations during EU hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM SZT).

Assist in executing trades under supervision while strictly adhering to risk parameters.

Analyze market data, identify patterns, and prepare detailed trade summaries.

Track and help optimize portfolio performance under the guidance of senior traders.

Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and share actionable market insights.

Contribute to the development of analytics dashboards for trade monitoring.

Stay continuously updated on crypto market trends, DeFi innovations, and relevant regulatory developments.

Prepare reports on trading performance, market conditions, and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and a genuine curiosity to learn crypto trading.

Highly motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced trading environment.

Discipline, attention to detail, and strict adherence to procedures.

Team-player mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Willingness to work on-site in Shenzhen and commit to a structured training and mentorship program.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a trading, crypto, or blockchain-related role is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with internship experience at crypto/blockchain firms will be equally considered. No prior professional trading experience is mandatory; a basic understanding of financial markets is a plus.
