Responsibilities

• Participate in project for products/systems development/enhancement
• Develop and update procedure manuals/ guidelines for review by responsible Team/ Section Head and various departments
• Design and revise various forms for review by responsible Team/ Section Head and various departments
• Coordinate relevant arrangements with concerned parties as assigned
• Perform work study/ workflow review and prepare proposal on work improvements as assigned for review by responsible Team/ Section/ Center Head and the concerned departments

Requirements

• University graduate in banking or related disciplines, with professional qualification in banking is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations with exposure in various areas, especially for Branch Operations, IT, Treasury & Settlement, Remittance, Securities, Investment products, Private Banking
• Strong knowledge on banking products and operations. Experience in IT project management would be an advantage
• Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good PC knowledge and skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
