Assistant Manager to Manager, Operation Policy Development
Responsibilities
Participate in project for products/systems development/enhancement
Develop and update procedure manuals/ guidelines for review by responsible Team/ Section Head and various departments
Design and revise various forms for review by responsible Team/ Section Head and various departments
Coordinate relevant arrangements with concerned parties as assigned
Perform work study/ workflow review and prepare proposal on work improvements as assigned for review by responsible Team/ Section/ Center Head and the concerned departments
Requirements
University graduate in banking or related disciplines, with professional qualification in banking is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations with exposure in various areas, especially for Branch Operations, IT, Treasury & Settlement, Remittance, Securities, Investment products, Private Banking
Strong knowledge on banking products and operations. Experience in IT project management would be an advantage
Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC knowledge and skills
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
