Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of T&D to plan, coordinate and roll out the Group’s T&D initiatives, including leadership development, functional academies, corporate training and digital upskilling programs
Lead the design, development and localization of learning content (e-learning modules, facilitator guides, micro-learning assets, blended learning journeys)
Act as T&D analyst: collect, analyse and report learning data using LMS analytics, surveys and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
Coordinate with regional T&D and HR teams / focal points across time zones to ensure smooth implementation, cultural adaptation and strong program adoption
Manage relationships with external vendors, content providers and subject-matter experts to source and enhance high-quality Group-level learning solutions
Support governance of the Group’s learning ecosystem, including LMS standardisation, content library management and compliance tracking
Contribute to annual T&D planning, budget preparation, quarterly reporting to senior leadership, and undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, Counselling or a related field
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in Training & Development / Learning & Development and at least 3 years in a multinational environment with proven cross-regional coordination, exposure to the logistics, supply chain or transportation industry is preferred
Demonstrate expertise in instructional design and content creation using e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Yvond or equivalent)
Strong analytics capability: experience with LMS reporting, Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools for learning data analysis and visualisation
Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a matrix / multi-regional setting
Proactive, detail-oriented and culturally sensitive team player with strong influencing skills, ability to work effectively without direct authority, and comfort operating across multiple time zones to support Group program rollouts.
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
