Responsibilities:
Provide on-site desktop services (incident & request)
Hardware & software troubleshoot such as; desktop / laptop windows OS platform, Apple MAC OS platform, Microsoft Office, Anti-Virus, mobile device support, VC support (MS Team, WebEx, Zoom), & etc.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issue, i.e. device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output, network printing
Perform relocation support
Inventory and Compliance handling
Requirements:
Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
Requires 2-3+ years of related work experience
Knowledge on desktop, networking, and general PC applications, like Microsoft Office
Knowledge on mobile device support such as iPhone, iPad, Android
Remote take over support skills
Must holder of MCSE or IT professional certification if possible
Willing to listen and learn, hardworking, team player, under working pressure
Good attitude, customer service, communication, and documentation skill
Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
