As part of the Global Talent & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our associates connect with Rosewood Hotel Group’s strategic vision and culture. You will lead the development and delivery of impactful internal communications across our global offices and properties, ensuring our people are informed, engaged, and inspired. Through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging, you will spotlight our people, celebrate our successes, and foster a sense of belonging and pride across the organization. You’ll work closely with functional and property teams, senior leaders, and platform providers to elevate the associate experience through meaningful communication.
