We are looking for a technically strong individual—preferably with an
automation, industrial engineering, mechatronics or manufacturing engineering background—to support our smart‑manufacturing initiatives across cold‑chain and ambient food production.
This is a
Talent‑Track role:
You will join as an
Engineer / Supervisor‑level contributor, taking ownership of technical improvement work while gradually developing leadership capability.
No management experience is required. We welcome engineers who want long‑term development into supervisory or assistant‑manager roles.
This role is perfect for technically capable
engineers in their late 20s to 30s who seek real‑world engineering challenges, hands‑on exposure, and a clear pathway to grow into factory / operations leadership.
What You Will Do
1. Equipment & Automation Improvement(核心 Engineering 工作)
- Assist in evaluating, selecting and piloting new automation equipment
- Support vendor coordination, FAT/SAT and commissioning activities
- Participate in troubleshooting, continuous improvement and equipment performance tracking
- Provide engineering input for ergonomics, material flow, cycle‑time improvement
2. Process Engineering & Line Improvement
- Analyse production bottlenecks, takt time, and workflow patterns
- Conduct small‑scale trials to validate new processes or layouts
- Help design low‑cost, high‑impact engineering solutions (“fit‑for‑purpose”)
- Collect production data for OEE, downtime, yield and variation analysis
3. Cold‑Chain / Ambient Integration
- Understand constraints of low‑temperature production, hygiene rules and equipment limitations
- Work with production teams to ensure improvements remain practical and compliant
4. Talent‑Track Leadership Development
- Learn to coach operators, support training and guide safe working practices
- Gain exposure to shift‑level coordination and technical decision‑making
- Develop toward Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Technical Lead roles
Who We're Looking For
Engineering Foundation
- Diploma / Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Hands‑on experience with production equipment, automation or process improvement
Experience
- 2–7 years of relevant engineering / manufacturing / factory experience
- Management experience not required — suitable for developing technical talent
Skills That Stand Out
- Knowledge of automation concepts, sensors, mechanical basics or PLC fundamentals
- Exposure to OEE, 5S, Kaizen or industrial engineering tools
- Ability to interpret simple production data (cycle time, downtime, yield)
- Practical problem‑solving mindset with strong “shop‑floor sense”

- Comfortable communicating with production and technical teams
