• Accountable to the department and the project sponsor for the production of deliverables within agreed timescale, quality and budget
• Creates and manages the project budget
• Creates, manages and resources the IT project plan(s); agrees and reviews the plans, costs and resources with the ITPG and project sponsor.
• Ensures all project commitments are met. Monitors and reports on progress in accordance with the PMO requirements.
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project. Reports regularly to the ITPG and project sponsor with regard to such risks and executing appropriate plans to contain them
• Ensures appropriate standards are adopted and that effective quality controls are built into the project plan and that mechanisms are in place to assure it
• Ensures appropriate change management processes are implemented
• Identifies and manages relationships through effective communication with all stakeholders including third parties and acts as the primary point of contact
• Identifies, acquires and deploys team members and manage third parties to ensure successful project execution

• Graduate qualifications in computer science or engineering
• With at least 10 years of experience in software development, system integration and system support
• With project management experience in mid to large scale package- based solution implementation and participated in end-to-end lifecycle
• Business domain knowledge or experience in facilities management, hospitality management and customer relationship management would be an added advantage,
• Experience in vendor management
• Strong ability in problem troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Proficiency in writing, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Able to lead a team of 3 or 7 on/offshore developers and work independently
• Certified in PMP project management
• Microsoft.NET framework, C#, MS/PL SQL,Java
• Application knowledge in CRM/hospitality package solutions
• Internet of Things(IoT),RFID and NFC
