We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• • • • Handle / assist all BS design coordination, statutory submissions, and interface management with process E&M systems.
      • Ensure effective integration of building services installations with Authorities’ systems and utilities, including power supply, water, sewage, fire services, and related infrastructure, in full compliance with project specifications.
      • Coordinate and review detailed BS designs, shop drawings, method statements, and testing & commissioning (T&C) plans covering HVAC, MV/LV electrical systems, lighting, plumbing & drainage, fire services, BMS and associated control systems.
      • Manage / assist to manage multidisciplinary interfaces to ensure building services systems align with process requirements, environmental performance and energy efficiency obligations.
      • Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers and statutory authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals and implementation.
      • Monitor design and site progress to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, statutory requirements and project programme.
    
    

Requirements:

• • • Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services.
    • Experience in handling multi‑disciplinary BS teams, including integration of plant systems with building services, energy management measures, and environmental compliance (noise, emissions and energy consumption).
    • Well‑versed in statutory and authority requirements, including FSD, EMSD, WSD, DSD.
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of working parties.
