Responsibilities

• Lead various process improvement initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing business effectiveness; collaborating with cross-departmental resources to ensure project requirements are met and aligned with organizational objectives
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to develop comprehensive project work plans and actionable result plans, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Proactively identify and resolve process deficiencies and risks, recommending and implementing effective solutions. Evaluate business initiatives objectively and act as a subject matter expert on processes as needed
• Identify and apply best practices for operational efficiency, leveraging insights from both within and outside the industry. Develop and facilitate the implementation of these practices within the organization
• Design and conduct data analyses to support decision-making and recommendations. Provide valuable insights to management and stakeholders based on thorough business research and analysis
• Define and implement best practices through process re-engineering and the strategic application of technology to drive operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of proven experience in process improvement, project management or business transformation role
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to explore new technologies and approaches for business solutions and product/service enhancements
• Detail-oriented, with integrity, objectivity, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics platforms is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
