JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working within the Technical Department across the Arcade, the role involves:

• Dealing with front line technical issues for the customers.
• General machine repair.
• Machine refills and ticket replenishment.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Maintaining a high level of presentation in the area.
• Working as part of a team.
• Requires working in a customer facing environment.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Passionate, reliable and confident individual.
• Strive to go the extra mile whilst working as part of a successful team.
• Can deliver the best in customer service.
• A technical background is desirable for this role, but full training will be given.

• Full Time.
• Fixed-Term Contract.

RATES OF PAY:

• £11.00 for 18 to 20 year olds.
• £12.71 for 21 year olds and over.
