Key Responsibilities:
1. You will be a member of a large MF support team in HK. You will be dealing with daily operational issues of a major bank, this includes maintenance, planning, evaluation, upgrade, and support of the MF and associated sub-subsystem.
2. Interact with other team members locally and internationally on MF issues in general.
3. Planning for the success of the bank in the foreseeable future.
4. Communicate with vendor on issues and requirements.
5. Manage future requirements and capacity needs, propose and implement solutions.
6. Manage system performance and tuning.

Required Skills:

• At least five years of experience in MF support role
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage.

Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in MF system administration, and storage management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
