With a manufacturing plant based in Europe, we design and build advanced equipment for the manufacturing and processing of optical products.

Our machinery is supplied to large optical corporations and independent labs worldwide, making us a key player in the global optical equipment market.

The Hong Kong office is a small regional sales, technical support and after-sales service office for supporting customers across the APAC region.

Role Mission

You will ensure the high performance and reliability of our industrial machinery for optical production and processing at customer sites across APAC.

You will provide on‑site and remote technical support, oversee installations and maintenance, and act as a trusted technical partner to our global customers.

Role Summary

Report to the Service Engineering Manager within a 10‑member service team

You will ensure the reliable operation of industrial machinery for optical production and processing across APAC through on‑site installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and remote technical support.

You will also handle machine setup, live demonstrations, and technical advice for potential customers at trade shows and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform machine installation, commissioning, and operator training for industrial machinery used in optical products production and processing.

Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing to maximise equipment uptime and processing precision.

Identify, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software‑related issues in a professional, timely, and customer‑focused manner.

Provide remote technical support for component replacement and system troubleshooting via telephone and digital tools.

Accurately record and report customer issues and service activities to the Customer Service Director.

Develop and maintain knowledge‑based documents and FAQs to support faster issue resolution and strengthen internal technical expertise.

Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions as needed, including on‑site machine installation, live demonstrations, and technical consultation for potential customers.

Ideal Candidate

Experience working with industrial machinery, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or optical/precision equipment, is highly preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems.

Good command of English and Mandarin for effective communication with customers and internal teams.

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across APAC for on‑site support and service.

Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
