Technical Development Path — Build Strong Maintenance Expertise in Food Manufacturing

Work on Real Production Equipment — Grow Your Capability in a Stable Food Factory Environment

You will join a steadily expanding food production facility with regular day‑shift hours, where you will work across a wide range of processing and packaging equipment and fully apply your technical strengths in daily operations.

✅ What You Will Do
1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance, preventive servicing, and troubleshooting for food processing and packaging machinery.
• Conduct equipment checks, part replacement, adjustments, and recovery of production line operation.

2. New Equipment Setup & Testing

• Support testing, adjustment, and basic installation of new machinery.
• Provide safe operation and basic maintenance training to machine operators.
• Participate in pilot runs and performance verification for new equipment.

3. Facility & Workshop Support

• Assist in general facility maintenance involving production areas, building works, or refrigeration-related tasks.
• Support procurement of spare parts, tools, and equipment.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance work follows food factory safety standards and SOPs.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and support improvement suggestions.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering;
• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience; experience in food factories or packaging equipment is an advantage;
• Skills in CAD are preferred
• An Electrical Worker License is an advantage;Practical, responsible, proactive and willing to learn;
• Someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and seeks long-term stability.
