Global footwear retail brand

• Set up and provide hardware and software maintenance/support, PC, network, telecommunications, and infrastructure. Ensure all systems running effectively and efficiently. Work in line with Group IT to implement projects and policies & standard.
• Provide I.T. helpdesk support (desktops, laptops, network, etc.) for HK Office and Retail Stores, might require to support other Asia markets.
• Oversee the network infrastructure operations to ensure a high performance, secure, and reliable network environment to support business needs and growth.
• Align and manage vendors for I.T. equipment/services and application systems.
• Liaise and work with Global IT Teams and different departments to support/implement infrastructure projects and ad hoc requests from business. Assisting rollout or enhancement of ERP related projects when required.
• Assist to implement I.T. policies, workflows and procedures. Create and maintain high quality technical documentation.
• Research, recommend and testing of hardware/software to fulfil specific business requirements.
• Setting up and support I.T. equipment/services for existing and new retail store.
• Conduct training for HK office new joiners on IT policies & basic IT facilities.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by department head.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 4 years’ experience preferably in retail background.
• Strong hands on skills of Microsoft desktop operating systems, familiarity with Microsoft-based networking/storage systems and Active Directory user management.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common hardware (laptops, printers, network storage devices, switches, smartphones/tablets, etc.)
• Proactive problem-solver, positive team player, good interpersonal skills & adapt to multi-cultural corporate setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Preferably holder of I.T. professional/technical certifications (eg. PMP, MCSE, ITIL, etc.)
