Program Overview
Chief Group is seeking high-potential fresh graduates to join our Functional Trainee Programme . This programme adopts a "Direct Placement" model, designed to build deep technical expertise in specific financial functions from Day 1.
While the initial intake will prioritize our Equity & Derivative Dealing as well as Operations & Settlement stream, this programme comes with a group-wide initiative. We are looking for future key personnels across various core business functions to support the Group's long-term strategic growth.

Program Structure

Practical exposure – Gain hands-on experience by supporting day-to-day business operations and participating in core functional processes within your assigned team.

Guidance from leaders – Work closely with experienced team members and supervisors who will provide coaching, feedback and professional guidance throughout the programme.

Career path – High-performing trainees would expect a fast-tracked career development with greater exposure on people management roles.

Requirements

Fresh Graduates: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.

Attributes:

• Strong interest in the securities and financial services industry, with a genuine aspiration to build a long-term career in a specific functional area.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a burning passion for a successful apparel career. Passion to grow and excel in the apparel industry
• Meticulous, analytical, and strong stress tolerance for fast-paced environments.

Language: Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Working Location: Hong Kong

Eligibility: Permanent Resident of HKSAR or with valid visa which can being employed in Hong Kong (Holder of Student Visa with NOL, IANG, TTPS, QMAS, Dependent Visa, Document of Identity for Visa Purpose)
