Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS. Experience with any modern front-end framework (e.g., React.js or Flutter) is a plus, but not required - willingness to learn is highly valued.
Understanding of server-side development concepts. Experience with Node.js and Java is preferred, and exposure to TypeScript would be an advantage.
Ability to apply good programming practices and an interest in building responsive, mobile-friendly applications. Knowledge of handling asynchronous operations and integrating RESTful APIs is helpful, but we provide support and training for these skills.
Awareness of cross-browser compatibility considerations is desirable. Experience with front-end testing tools and frameworks is a bonus, but not mandatory.
Proven experience in system and architectural design.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or System Analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external clients and within teams.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct impact analysis to understand the effects of requirement changes on existing systems and processes.
Design, develop, and manage APIs and system integrations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with requirements and standards.
Work with QA teams to develop test plans, oversee testing processes, and resolve issues identified during testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and client expectations.
Quickly identify technical root causes and resolve issues affecting client systems, collaborating with customers to ensure minimal disruption to their operations and maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the resolution process.
Coordinate with development and project management teams to plan and execute smooth releases.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
Create comprehensive documentation for systems and processes, aiding in knowledge transfer and mentoring.
