Responsibilities:

• Lead the HK Bond Sales Business: Own and grow the Hong Kong bond sales figures, working closely with regional and local business units, bond research, market making, and dealing teams to align product strategy, pricing, and execution across the desk;
• Drive B2B & B2C Product Distribution: Spearhead fixed income distribution across both institutional and retail channels — spanning corporate, sovereign, and certificate of deposit bond markets — to expand product reach and grow trading volumes;
• Enhance the Platform End-to-End: Engage in both front-end and back-end project development alongside product, IT, and operations teams to improve the user experience and broaden fixed income offerings for platform users;
• Serve as Product Expert: Apply hands-on bond knowledge that can coordinate different teams to support clients, and uphold strong product governance. These include the undestanding of bond market, special features, default cases, trading mechanisms, and regulatory requirements.
• Define Product Strategy: Set the direction for the fixed income product suite and partner cross-functionally with other colleagues, counterparties and stakeholders to deliver sustainable, scalable growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Communication or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance industry, with practical, hands-on knowledge of bonds and other fixed income instruments;
• Demonstrated experience in bond sales and/or fixed income product distribution across B2B and/or B2C channels;
• Strong communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, passionate, result-driven, and able to work under pressure;
• Solid understanding of bonds and other investment products, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and contribute to platform development;
• Holder of SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licenses is a plus;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager, Global Fixed Income position.
