• Implement and to manage technologies, infrastructure, and platforms
• Constantly analyze, review and maintain the network infrastructure security
• Plan, design and implement network Capacity Planning so that resources are effectively managed and predicted, to proactively support the growth of the company business
• Participate in escalated incidents / problems via diagnosing the occurrence of incidents / attacks and then rectify the underlying incidents / problems.
• Assess, recommend, lead and implement security controls and modules to ensure sufficient protection of corporate intellectual property and business continuity of the customers
• Manage operation and Internet resources and inventory like AS#, IP addresses, Domains, hardware / software and ISPs etc...
• Manage platform accesses and operations which align with ISO 27001 & PCI-DSS requirements.
• Manage platform hardware and software release
• Liaise with other global teams and partners in managing and operating data centres around the world
• Implement and maintain network management tools, such as PRTG, Syslog, Nagios, Inter-mapper, etc.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective handling of security incidents and open communication with customers
• Work on standby, roster, odd hours as required.
• Act as an escalation point for customers during incidents

• Minimum 5 year experience in Network / Security position, preferably from service provider’s environment and familiar with service design and operation
• Knowledge of DDoS attack types will be an advantage
• Experience in ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and ITIL are added advantages
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as an Infrastructure engineer
• Solid experience in implementing and administrating Cisco, Juniper carrier grade routers, IPS/IDS, BGP routing protocol, cluster firewalls, load balancer & Anti-DDoS platform
• Good knowledge of Internet technologies like BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, Anycast, UDP, ICMP, HTTP(S), GRE, SMTP, DNS, and SSL.
• Good command in English is required
• Good command in Mandarin is an advantage
