Our Aftersales team is seeking a Senior Parts Technician to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

• To carry out warehouse duties including selecting & binning spare parts, perpetual inventory checks, etc., and to interpret customers’ enquiry into part number, and sell the parts to customers.
• Select spare parts according to depot transfer and orders.
• Unpack and bin spare parts.
• Carry out perpetual inventory checks.
• Assist in counter sales.
• Maintain daily housekeeping.
• Ensure that full payments are made by customers for Parts Counter Sales.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Secondary School Education or equivalent.
• General knowledge of automobile parts and accessories.
• Preferably with 2-5 years relevant experience in counter sales/warehouse management.
• With 5-10 years relevant working experience for Senior Parts Technician

We offer you

• Year End Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Monthly Incentive, 10 Days Annual Leave, 17 days Public Holidays, Overtime Paid, Medical Insurance (including dependents).
• 8.5 working hours per day, 5 days work per week.
