Job Overview:
You will be a key member of the front-line operations team, reporting directly to the Responsible Officer (RO). This is a hybrid role combining customer service with trading operations support, offering an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the securities trading business process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling client account opening applications and related document verification.
• Respond to general client inquiries, and provide preliminary handling and follow-up on client feedback or complaints.
• Assist in testing the trading system (including front-end and back-end functions) to ensure smooth operation and report issues.
• Execute and support daily trading-related operational tasks under the guidance of the Responsible Officer.
• Handle other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• Must have passed the relevant HKSI Institute examinations: Papers 1, 7, and 8.
• Candidates already licensed or currently applying for a Type 1 and/or Type 4 license are highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of securities trading and a strong interest in learning trading system operations.
• Good customer service orientation, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various AI tools and basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing pace of an SME environment and efficiently complete tasks within given timelines.
