Responsibilities

• Participate in sales launch
• Review handover planning and procedure with Projects and Property Management teams
• Participate in handover process of selected special buyers
• Follow up on defect rectification and enquiries from special buyers
• Provide after-sale services to customers
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above with customer services experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience gained from reputable Property Developers
• Proactive, patient, customer-oriented, detail-minded and a team player
• Strong customer service sense and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to work on a roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
