Education requirements:
University degree in Physical Education a plus or related field or degree holder
Experience requirements:
At least 15 years' coaching work experience of which up to 7 years in USA or overseas countries fitness facilities is preferred

A High Performance Academy committed to excellence, seeking Head Coach, Assistant Head Coach Strength and Conditioning and Head Coach Squash to join our team and contribute to our vision.
Responsibilities:
Private Lessons:
Provide one-on-one lessons to players of all ages and standards.
Group Training:
Assist, prepare, and lead group training sessions for players of all ages and standards.
Tournament Coaching:
Provide coaching for our players during tournaments, which may involve traveling across the HK and Asia.
Event Organization:
Assist and oversee organizing tournaments and other variety of popular events to promote our Academy's services and facilities to potential and existing players
Administrative Work:
Assist ad hoc handle administrative tasks when required, handle operational management for planning and player bookings
Role Model:
Collaborate with our Leadership Team to act as a role model for our High Performance Academy, fostering a can-do mentality and contributing to the success of both coaches and athletes
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with our Management Team to enhance athletes' performance, covering topics from squash training and performance to mindset and emotion management. Develop, maintain a basic management philosophy to guide all Academy personnel towards optimal operating results, employee morale and client satisfaction. Enhance and broaden the scope of the Academy as a participating member of the community
Facility Maintenance:
Work with other coaches to maintain the facility as if it were our home. Maintain Academy's high standards of hygiene, health, and safety to comply with statutory requirements.
Junior Development:
Provide support and develop weekend lessons and clinics, focusing on mentor emerging junior players from beginners to performance levels.
Client Relationships:
Perform private lessons, deliver engaging junior group clinics, play doubles with adult members, run tournaments, correspond with clients, and build relationships with DAY Sports's clientele.
Weekend Tournaments:
Travel to weekend tournaments with players and provide a full range of coaching needs.
Team Collaboration:
Work in conjunction with the shareholders and the rest of the Leadership Team for seamless execution of tasks and goals.
