We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our forward-thinking engineering team, where you’ll shape high-impact testing strategies and build automation frameworks that accelerate product quality and innovation. Own end-to-end processes and influence technical direction. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement
• Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows
• Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms
• Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects
• Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter or Gatling
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
• Hands-on experience in software testing, automation or development
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the full software lifecycle
• Advanced programming skills in Java, Python or JavaScript
• Proven experience with Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Pytest, Cypress or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in Cantonese is required
