Role & Responsibility:
Own end‑to‑end delivery of IT application projects (in‑house ERP and SaaS system), from initiation through post‑implementation stabilization.
Lead or support business process re-engineering (BPR) to streamline workflows, eliminate manual steps, and improve data quality.
Manage the implementation, including training, system upgrades, testing, enhancements, and ongoing operations. Manage and work with business analysts to finalize system implementation and documents/guidelines/manuals.
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive changes to execute the digital transformation roadmap.
Scan and evaluate relevant technologies: Power BI, AI/ML/LLM to improve User-Experiences (UX) and operational efficiency.
Cross-functional coordination skills and vendor management
Requirements:
Tertiary education in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, of which 5 years should be at a senior supervisory level.
Solid experience in mastering and implementing large-scale and enterprise-wide ERP, Product Development Systems, and Artificial Intelligence-related projects.
Experience in traditional EDI standards such as ANSI X12 (EDI 850/860, etc.) and creating and managing EDI mapping are advantages.
Qualifications of a Boomi Professional Developer or Professional API Design Certifications are an advantage.
Proven technical background, data-driven capabilities, and strong project management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global and internal teams.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills and experience managing external vendors.
