FormX.ai is an AI-powered document automation platform used by enterprises across Asia. We process over 12 million documents a year for clients across industries. We're a small, technical team that ships fast.

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager to work directly with our founder — you'll learn what product management looks like in an AI-native B2B company, from the ground up.

What we're building in 2026

• Document Extraction APIs - deeper accuracy, better developer experience across the 12M+ documents we process annually
• AI Agent Workspace - a new platform to reimagine how AI agents reshape document workflows for enterprises

What you'll do

You'll be working closely with our founder/CEO, who leads product. Your job is to be his eyes, ears, and hands in the field.

• Talk to clients — join enterprise meetings, listen hard, ask good questions, and bring back what you learn
• Prototype fast - vibe code in Cursor or Claude Code to validate ideas before they touch engineering time
• Support sales and marketing — help prepare pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive comparisons
• Follow up relentlessly — make sure nothing falls through the cracks between clients, engineering, and sales

You're a fit if:

• Vibe coding is already part of how you work - it's not optional here
• You'd rather be in a room with people than behind a screen all day — but you also love thinking quietly on your own
• You're genuinely curious about technology, even if you're not a developer yet — you've opened a terminal before, or you're the type who would just to figure something out
• You understand AI at a product level: embeddings, prompt tuning, agents, tool calling, MCP
• You present well and can explain things simply to people who aren't technical
• You reason logically and don't jump to conclusions — you'd rather ask one more question than guess
• You're organized enough to keep everyone aligned without being asked twice

Who this might be for

• Junior Developer — you get how things are built, but you'd rather be talking to customers than writing code all day
• UI/UX Designer — you're already shipping with AI, but you want to be the one presenting the feature to the client, not handing it off
• Sales / Biz Dev — you've gone down the rabbit hole (embeddings, vibe coding, running models locally) and want to be in the driving seat of what you're selling, not just selling it
• Analyst / Consultant / Customer Success — you're tired of handing work off and watching others decide. One catch: this role requires getting your hands dirty — you'll need to use AI tools, poke around in terminals, and figure things out yourself, not just document them
