We’re looking for a Prompt Engineer / AI Creative Technologist to push the creative boundaries of what’s possible with AI—across story, image, video, sound, and automated workflows.
This role is for people who enjoy building systems as much as shaping stories. You might come from a computer science or software engineering background, a creative background, or a hybrid of both—but you’re united by a desire to make AI-driven work that is technically robust, creatively ambitious, and production-ready.
If you get excited about new models, new tooling, and new abstractions—and immediately start thinking about how to orchestrate them into something expressive and scalable—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine prompts across text, image, video, and multimodal AI systems
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines that combine generation, evaluation, iteration, and automation
- Develop and maintain workflows using tools such as: ComfyUI and other node-based visual and video pipelines; n8n or similar automation/orchestration platforms
- Agent and control frameworks (e.g. OpenClaw, tool-using agents)
- Translate creative direction into repeatable, testable, and debuggable AI processes
- Experiment with models, parameters, and workflows to balance quality, speed, cost, and consistency
- Apply software-engineering thinking—modularity, versioning, observability—to creative AI systems
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver standout, forward-looking work
Creative Bar Is High
The work produced in this role is expected to be world-class—the kind of output that stands alongside top-tier creative studios, not “AI experiments.”
That means:
- Strong storytelling and narrative intent
- High production standards in visuals, motion, pacing, and coherence
- Consistent creative quality across evolving AI outputs
- Knowing when to iterate further—and when a system is ready to ship
Who You Are
You may come from a computer science or programming background, a creative background, or both.
From a technical background, you might:
- Have experience in software engineering, ML-adjacent work, automation, or systems design
- Enjoy turning messy, experimental processes into structured, reliable workflows
- Think naturally in terms of pipelines, state, inputs/outputs, and failure modes
- From a creative background, you might:*
- Have experience in storytelling, design, film, motion, or generative art
- Care deeply about taste, tone, and emotional impact
- Know how to push tools beyond their default look and feel
Regardless of background, you likely:
- Are obsessed with both how something works and how it feels
- Actively track daily changes in AI tools, models, and techniques
- Enjoy working at the frontier, where best practices are still emerging
- Balance rapid experimentation with polish and discipline
Tools & Ecosystem
- Experience with some of these is a plus—not a requirement:
- Visual & Video AI: Stable Diffusion ecosystems, ControlNet, LoRAs, video diffusion tools
- Workflow & Automation:* ComfyUI, n8n, node-based and agent-based orchestration
- Platforms:* SaaS AI tools, open-source models, local inference setups
- Prompting Beyond Text:* Image conditioning, chained prompts, feedback loops, tool calls
Why Join Us
- Work on creatively ambitious projects at the cutting edge of AI
- Apply software engineering rigor to expressive, creative systems
- A team that values storytelling, taste, and technical excellence equally
- The chance to help define what *high-end AI production* looks like as the field evolves
How to Apply
Send us your resume, portfolio, GitHub, or examples of AI-driven work. We’re especially interested in projects that combine technical systems thinking with creative output—whether that’s workflows, tools, experiments, or finished pieces.
