• Significant experience in AS400
• Experienced in all facets of Software Development Lifecycle from requirement gathering, design, develop, testing and implementation till warranty period.
• Strong Hands on AS/400 Applications (RPG/400, RPG/ILE, DB2/400, SQL/400, COBOL/400). Key skills: Db2, CL, SQL400, CL400, RPGLE, RPG, RPG400, SQL, ILE concepts, free format and RPG Issue Resolution
• Problem solving – ability to think analytically, logically, out of the box and have a solution focus and independent and need to be a good team player with smart ideas. Good process knowledge and compliance to programming / coding practices
• Good communication skills – ability to articulate and translate technical knowledge into the business layer with banking domain add on.
