Vincent Medical is a global supplier of respiratory care and imaging disposable medical devices, serving customers across the US, Europe, and Greater China. We are advancing smart manufacturing and digital transformation, working with partners such as Siemens to build integrated MES, PLM, and APS capabilities across our production network.
We are building Vincent Data & AI Driven Operational System — a data- and AI-driven manufacturing operations platform that connects production processes, MES (MOM), measurement data, and intelligent decision-making across the full flow from actual input → measurement → output.
We are now hiring an AI Engineer to join our core team and help bring AI into real manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and iterate AI modules within the Vincent Data & AI Driven Operational System platform, including process parameter optimization, quality prediction, and anomaly detection
Build data pipelines from MES and production systems, working with measurement data, input parameters, and output results
Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to support process selection, parameter recommendation, and operational decision-making
Work closely with MES, IT, industrial engineering, and production teams to ensure AI solutions are practical, maintainable, and scalable
Explore applications of GenAI and LLMs in manufacturing knowledge management, SOP support, and operational analytics
Establish model monitoring, evaluation, and MLOps workflows to ensure stable performance in production environments
Support AI exploration in rehabilitation and healthcare product development, aligned with the company’s long-term product strategy
Requirements
Essential
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML (strong fresh graduates may be considered)
Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
Solid SQL and data processing skills; familiar with tools such as Pandas and NumPy
End-to-end ML project experience: data cleaning → feature engineering → modeling → deployment → monitoring
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; able to collaborate across functions
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, MES/MOM, or IoT data
Background in time-series analysis, process optimization, yield improvement, or anomaly detection
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or similar MLOps tools
Experience applying LLMs, RAG, or agent-based systems in industrial settings
Experience in medical devices or regulated environments (e.g. ISO 13485)
What We Offer
A role in a company-level Vincent Data & AI Driven Operational System initiative with direct impact on smart manufacturing transformation
