(a)
To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement;
(b)
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
(c)
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and
(d)
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, campus / discipline / departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.
(a)
A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience;
(c)
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; preferably including Putonghua;
(d)
Good records of linkage with industry or professional bodies would be an advantage; and
(e)
A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
(3)
The appointee(s) will be remunerated in hourly rate.
(4)
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
