Responsibilities

Reporting to the CIO & University Librarian, the Associate Director (Application Development) for the Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) will lead the strategic development, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications and software solutions critical to the university’s academic, administrative, and research operations. This role demands a visionary leader with robust technical expertise, exceptional management skills, strong leadership skills and a passion for leveraging technology to address institutional challenges. The successful candidate will oversee a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and user-centric applications aligned with Lingnan’s institutional goals.
