They looking for outstanding talent only and not average. You must have a PhD to work at Luno. They should ask Google what happened to them. Google only wanted the best team. The best team was recruited,but they failed as all of them thought on the same level and not on a level below. When they hired a mixed team they flourished. I don't bother to apply for any positions at Luno anymore. They only look at your CV if they doom it good enough. Keep your head up. Something better always comes along.
