One of the main reasons I've applied for a position at Houston Methodist is because it's very rare for anyone in the medical field to get laid off from a position. I devote 150% of myself to any particular position and I'm hoping to get hired by a company that appreciates their employee's by their performance not by disloyal employee's who lie's to get ahead. I've always loved the medical field and with my daughter becoming a registered nurse I find it even more fascinating. The second reason I applied at Houston Methodist is that one of their local hospitals is close to where I live. I don't like driving in traffic especially since my previous job was past downtown Houston. The traffic seems to be getting worse by the day.
