Depends on how feasibility is defined. But assuming that it’s a new product I want to develop and make sure it’s doable. First thing I would look for concrete feature requirements, business rationale behind project success, a point of contact to answer my questions, additional resources that might be needed for the product, timelines. Other factors that could play a role include how do you want the app to work, would it work better in a distributed env, how many users would hit the app. Factors like these would define what the product is and how it looks.
