If you actually paid any attention while you were being trained instead of playing on your phone and walking around talking on the phone you would have learned and been trained.  You have to show an actual interest and commitment if you want to learn.

Multiple other employees had witnessed you walking away from your desk, an hour at a time talking on your phone. Your trainer gave you an assignment, in which you said that you had gotten done within 15 mins, but should have taken almost 1 hour, if not 2. I have been working at this company for about 2-3 years myself, and have never been mistreated, and if I did not understand something, I was taught, and took notes. For you to comment, saying that you were pressured into this position, not knowing what to do shows many things. You were not willing to learn, you showed no interest and furthermore proves to the company that your claim of having done this type of work previously is not true
