easyJet interview question
There was a lot of focus on previous experience relevant to my role and also any inicidents of dealing with frustrating situations or difficult customers. I thought this was quite standard, however these things did feature heavily in my role!

I gave examples of previous situation that these things had occurred in and gave information on how I dealt with these, and also gave some reflections on what would have been godo to do, that I would look to do next time if I found myself in a situation like that again.
