the salary u expected is how much?? keep in mind for third party agency they are given a certain range to offer and it is best to ask about their budget before stating your expected salary. The process usually took around two-three weeks to process. Depending on the manager availability too

Thanks Grace. I was trying to be cautious of the recruiters time frame and question so I just answered the question. I did how ever inquire what the salary range would be after I initiated my requirement. I just feel like now I have thrown myself out of being considered for the position? Thoughts? Hi there, I applied for a customer servic rep position. In which a quick phone interview was supposed to be conducted but based on the recruiters time we were not able to speak. Instead I was asked to forward salary requirements? Is this normal? Now I have not heard back from the recruiter. Depending on my salary requirements do you think I might have exed myself out of the position as well?
