The behavioral interviews went something like: "Tell me about a time when your actions led to the success of your team." or, "Tell me about a time when you disagreed with the consensus viewpoint of your team. What did you do, and why?"

You can google "behavioral interviews" and get an idea of potential samples. That said, they are very interested in your answer showcasing a personal example, and following the "STAR" method (I had never heard of this, but apparently it stands for "situation / task; action; result")
