Motorola Solutions interview question
Technical questions were not too tough, perhaps because they knew my credentials to some degree. However, they tried to press for my grade level and title; likely trying to figure out my salary.

I answered that based on similarity between companies (Motorola Inc had split into Motorola Mobility and Motorola Solutions only a couple of years earlier) and my years of experience, they should be able to estimate my grade level / title / salary.
