I wanted to share some positive feedback about my interview experience with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Olivier. The process was very well organized and professional, and it was easy to get a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
What stood out most was his human touch throughout the conversation. It created a welcoming atmosphere that allowed for an open and honest exchange.

He asked about my motivation to join the company, previous working experience recruiting technical positions and as well how do I source candidates. Also if I was comfortable working on site... The overall interview was approximately 1 hour
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sécheron (Satigny) in May 2024
Interview
I had 3 interviews for the position of buyer for the Satigny site, 2 of them with the Italian team. I lost two hours for each interview and only when I asked for feedback after two weeks the recruiter informed me that they had chosen another profile, well aware from the start that I was not a buyer with an engineering specialisation. I wonder why they are so superficial. Really negative experience.
Applying on the website, then getting e-mail. Do not expect getting an interview as even if you're a fit, they do not necessarily call you back. After the e-mail, getting interview with HR, then technical one.
