Fun and not difficult. Interviews were more behavioral compared to technical. Everyone involved in the interview process was nice and pleasant to work with. Be yourself and prepare for common interview questions.
The interview process was positive. I was told about the job and pay range and I had the opportunity to ask the questions I had. I was asked to describe a time I had to show empathy to a customer and how to stay positive in the workplace when faced with difficult challenges.

Question 1
When was a time you had to show empathy to a customer?
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Bethesda, MD) in Jun 2026
Interview
Applied online, got a response from the recruiter after 2 weeks. After talking to the recruiter another week to schedule Job Fit round with the Senior Manager. The manager couldn't look less enthusiastic, whole interview was looking down (probably at my resume that he saw the first time during the call). Asked me a bunch of behavioral questions straight out of the book. Probably didn't even listen to my responses as he had no follow up questions. Next day I got a rejection email, no feedback. Very unprofessional place.
