Salary negotiable, goals advance to management, availability was open. I was left in the office mid interview for about 20 minutes due to issue in store. Manager came back a bit flustered and RE asked the same questions I had already answered. I received an email about 2 weeks later in regards to an offer. At that point, due to the lengthy process I had found other employment, offering a better salary.
