Q: we'd like to go through a problem scenario. 10 years ago at Amazon there was a customer sync from the data warehouse to Salesforce to Marketo. This queue would cause a severe backlog in Marketo, delaying marketing communications and operational Smart Campaigns. How would you go about solving this?

Given the case study format, I would ask relevant questions seeking context. However, the reality is this is a bad question. It's a 10-year old enterprise example, that doesn't translate well to a startup in 2023.
