Interview
It was a telephone interview that lasted 30 minutes. The hiring manger basically went through my experiences and asked me to expand on a few things. It has been over 2 weeks since the interview but I Haven't heard from them yet. There was no real technical questions, so far in the interview process anyways.

Interview
The interview relied on 2 steps, first, it was an interview with the HR specialist and second with senior managers. The HR specialist was well prepared and knew the company needs an open thinking person with a broad experience. He asked general questions why you want to work there trying to convince you to want to pass for the second part. The second interview with two managers contained typical interview questions and questions about the process of production. The managers have their own view, do not accept innovative replies on the questions, thus actually they do not need a senior scientist, they did not know what you are talking about. The managers did not know simply anything about replies showing how to improve production processes regarding the customers sense changed over last years in a sustainable way.
