It was a one day interview, start with a presentation prepared by application- the topic was decribe one of your course project. the presentation was 10 mins, and then we do group disscuion. The topic was a survival story, say you and your group got lost in an island and you have 24 hours before the recuse team arrive to the island, they gave you a list of items and you have to discuss with a group of 5-6 about the top ten items that you should pick. After group group discussion execrise. I move on to panel interview with 2 managers. They asked me about some question about how to deal coffee production process. The guys ask me to explain to him about the whole coffee production process, make sure you have done some preparetion about the coffee process.

SJT - quite easy, select answers that show you're creative, problem solver, can deal with ambiguity etc
Video Interview - Didn't get much time to prepare for this. All competency based qs, interviewer was really nice & made me feel comfortable

Application form, followed by a situational judgement test.Then a telephone interveiw (all competancy based), then a assesment centre. The assessment centre involved a group activity (Creation of a new product) then you had to pitch your product to an assessor in an individual presentation. Then a relaxed interveiw, where competancy based questions were asked then slightly more technical follow up questions.

Online assessment with personality questions, recorded video interview with pre prepared questions, telephone competency interview. assessment centre final stage which included group work (designing a new product), an individual presentation on the previously designed product (or something similar) then a competency based face to face interview. for the assessment day, no info was made available before the day.
