I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mondelēz International in Aug 2022
Interview
Interview process was as expected with several significant hiccups that lead me to believe there are major issues with the company. After my initial phone screening, I had a virtual interview with three panelists. The first showed up 5 minutes late, the second after 15 minutes into the 45 minute interview, and the third never showed. The third panelist would be my hiring manager. During the interview they seemed unprepared, but it went well. A few weeks go by and I receive an offer but had a few HR related questions and had requested to have an informal talk with the hiring manager since I hadn't met them during my interview process. The questions I had were regarding benefits were extremely basic and I was only told that I would receive that information once I signed my offer letter. After some searching online I find the benefits publicly available and easily accessible. After several emails and follow ups with the hiring manager, I finally got a response saying that they'd love to chat. After replying I never heard anything back from them. While none of these single instances are necessarily bad on their own, it seems that they add up to paint a greater picture about the company. After declining the offer, it feels like a bullet was dodged.
