Interview Rounds: Initial HR Screening – A quick and friendly call to go over my background, resume, and interest in the role. Technical Interview with the Team – Focused on continuous improvement, Lean/TPM tools, and real-world problem-solving. The team was engaging and made the conversation feel collaborative. Final HR Call – Discussed next steps, offer details, and onboarding. Very supportive and informative. Overall, it was a great experience. The process moved at a good pace, and communication was prompt at every stage. I felt valued and informed throughout.
